Previous posting also recognized the kind assistance which Ana Quiroga has provided to my husband while paying our many premiums directly by check at your State Farm Bernie Carr Agency for all of our many insurance coverages over the years. .This recently changed as Jacky Acevedo , Team Leader, kindly assisted us in correcting duplicate payments that had been made during the online account setup . Jacky made it possible for us to have autopay on the homeowners , cars, life insurance,, personal liability and umbrella policies going forward. Meeting discussions were held with Jacky and Ana on the process of how each insurance plays in the coverage process works from homeowners, to rental, and then the umbrella insurance.
